I am a legal advisor, specializing in immigration and a certified mediator, with over 20 years of international experience in the sectors of law, corporate governance, contract management, real estate and global mobility.

Since 2018 I have been developing my real estate activity in Madrid, combining my legal expertise with a practical approach in the sector:

• Golden Visas through real estate investment.

• Management of rentals and purchase and sale of properties.

• Temporary rental and property search for expats, adapting each process to the specific needs of those arriving in Spain.

• Negotiation with property owners and review of contracts to ensure the legal security of my clients.

In recent years I have specialized in immigration consulting and global mobility, assisting families, professionals and corporations in their relocation, residence and regularization processes in Spain.

As an expat for the past nine years, I have firsthand knowledge of the needs of those who decide to start a new life in another country. This personal experience allows me to offer support that goes beyond the technical aspects: a close, empathetic, and effective guide at every stage of the immigration and real estate process.

My training in Law (Costa Rica), Administrative Management (Spain) and international programs in San Francisco, Miami, San Jose, Madrid, London and Tours (France), together with my fluency in Spanish, English and French, allows me to work in a fully international environment, uniting the legal, the administrative and the human in each management.
